The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in restoring properties affected by water damage, fire, and mold.     Duties

    Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas.

    Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal.

    Execute fire restoration tasks, helping to restore properties after fire damage.

    Utilize both power tools and hand tools for cleaning and restoration purposes.

    Perform scheduled cleaning services including carpet, tile, and air duct cleaning.

    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and quality service.

    Follow safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites to ensure personal and team safety.

    Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.

    Requirements

    Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.

    Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.

    Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is highly desirable.

    Experience with mold remediation practices is beneficial.

    Ability to effectively use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

    Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
