NorCal Water Systems is an independent Kinetico dealer in Northern California with an exclusive territory in six counties for the world’s most efficient water softeners and filtration systems. We are looking for individuals who are looking to work hard, be contributing member of a team, hold themselves accountable for their actions, and take serious pride in their work and can promote our systems and schedule in-home water strategy sessions out of our Water Improvement Center located in Placerville, CA.

Job Summary: This position includes: talking to walk-in customers and working towards scheduling them for our in-home water testing consultations as well as scheduling service appointments, assisting customers with loading/unloading water jugs and salt (50lbs), and assisting customers with dispensing water from our taps and handling their purchase transactions. Associates are responsible for handling orders for water testing, restocking store supplies, and performing store duties such as; cleaning, maintaining logs, and inventory, and answering phones and emails.

This is a full-time position in our retail water store in Placerville Monday through Friday. $18 per hour starting

Qualifications:

Load and unload customer’s water jugs or materials

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to interact with customers to start conversations about scheduling in-home water consultations

Ability to work on a computer and tablet and use Microsoft products

Requirements:

Ability to pass a background check and clean DMV & no drug use

Ability to work as a team with store staff

Dependable, punctual, neat, and presentable (any tattoos or piercings must not be visible)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday 8:45am to 5:15pm

Tuesdays 1pm - 5pm

Thursdays 1pm - 5pm

Saturdays 8:45 am to 1pm
