Water/Wastewater Superintendent On Site: Wildwood, FL (Candidates should live within 60 miles) Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000/year + Performance-Based Bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Superintendent to lead industrial water and wastewater treatment plant projects throughout the region. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and brings strong field knowledge, estimating experience, and supervisory leadership to the table.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has spent years in the trenches of water/wastewater construction and understands what it takes to successfully manage projects, crews, schedules, procurement, and client relationships while keeping safety and quality top priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and supervise field operations on water/wastewater treatment plant construction projects
Provide hands-on oversight and leadership throughout all phases of construction
Manage bidding, estimating, and proposal development for projects ranging from $10M–$20M
Coordinate purchasing and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to keep projects on track
Work closely with owners, engineers, general contractors, and internal teams
Mentor and lead field personnel while driving productivity, accountability, and teamwork
Identify and solve project challenges quickly and efficiently
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or superintendent-level experience
Strong background in bidding, estimating, proposals, and procurement
Experience managing industrial water/wastewater projects in the $10M–$20M range
Strong scheduling and project planning skills
Proficiency with Excel and construction/project management processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Master Electrician License is a strong plus
