Water Well Driller Assistant

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Water Well Driller Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with water well drilling operations, equipment setup, and job site support.

Responsibilities:

Assist drillers with water well installation and drilling operations

Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment

Help operate drilling machinery and support vehicles

Perform general labor and site cleanup

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

Assist with water well drilling operations and setup

Operate and maintain drilling equipment and tools

Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting skills

Follow safety procedures and job site regulations

CDL Required (Or, if you are an experienced Driller or Asst Driller)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Willingness to work extended hours when needed

Experience in drilling, construction, or related field preferred but not required

Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
