Water Well Drilling Team Member (Boerne, Tx)

Responsibilities for Well Drilling Team Member
- Work in a Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment in executing drilling, plugging, casing, and cementing/grouting operations.
- Prepare Drilling Site: Help set up and prepare the drilling site by ensuring all tools, equipment, and materials are ready for use. Transport and set up heavy trucks and/or equipment at job site.
- Support Driller: Work on site at the direction of the lead driller, staging or delivering necessary tools, equipment, and or materials during the drilling process.
- Move Materials: Transport materials including pipe, casing, or cement to the drilling site, and assist in setting up and breaking down equipment.
- Clean Up: Help with cleaning up the job site after drilling operations are completed, including removing debris and storing equipment properly. Maintain a safe and productive work site.
Qualifications
- No experience? No problem! We offer on-the-job training and a path to Well Drilling Apprenticeship. Experienced applicants are preferred.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliable transportation and regular attendance, and a positive attitude.
- Ready to work safely as a cooperating team member.
- Ability to work a full day outdoors and in various weather conditions year-round.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with machinery is preferred.
- TDLR Water Well Driller Apprentice license is preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record will be required, and a Class A CDL is preferred.

Work will be performed in outdoor settings in construction environments, and the Candidate should be capable of working extended time in a physically demanding position. Candidates should be physically capable of wearing required PPE, standing for long periods of time, have full range of body movement, and the ability to routinely lift 50-100 lbs.
Position is full time, compensated hourly (non-exempt), and will require overtime on a routine basis. Benefits are available and include Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance and Paid Vacation once minimum tenure requirements are met.
