About the Role:

Join Trinity Services as a Water and Fire Production Tech, where you will play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses in Knoxville, TN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects while making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Assess and document water and fire damage for restoration projects.

Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.

Execute fire damage cleanup, including debris removal and soot cleaning.

Set up and monitor drying equipment to ensure effective moisture removal.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations.

Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each project.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with restoration techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience in water and fire damage restoration preferred.

Knowledge of restoration equipment and techniques.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
