    Job Position Description:

    Job is fast-paced and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Work is performed on residential and commercial properties and Water Technician positions involve extracting water and damaged building materials and content, setting equipment, taking moisture readings and following various industry standards. Fire Technicians clean structure and content, do demo and packouts. Employees must be coachable and willing to learn; committed to providing exceptional, relentless, customer service; work well as a Team; be dependable and work well under pressure.

    Salary based on experience with bonus potential.

    Responsibilities:

    Follow directions and Industry standards as directed

    Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe, orderly manner

    Leave jobsite clean and orderly daily

    Be coachable and willing to learn and advance

    Manage Customer Satisfaction and ensure positive reviews are earned

    Effectively perform and learn all aspects of the production processes as directed

    Effectively communicate with customers, Teammates and Management

    Utilize various software as directed

    Qualifications:

    Valid driver’s license

    Desire for continued learning and growth

    Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, vehicles and equipment

    Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

    Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers

    Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines

    Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time

    IICRC Certification and/or Industry experience a plus but not required
