Field Services Technician – Wastewater Collection Systems
Location: Bradenton, FL
Full-Time | On-Site | Day Shift with On-Call Rotation
Hands-on field work supporting critical wastewater infrastructure.

Role Overview
The Field Services Technician performs routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on sewer collection system assets including piping, manholes, lift stations, valves, and related infrastructure. This role works closely with operations teams to maintain system reliability, respond to service needs, and support emergency events when required.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Maintain and repair sewer collection system piping, manholes, lift stations, valves, and related assets
• Operate equipment used for manhole rehabilitation and collection system maintenance
• Assist with CCTV inspections of sewer lines and manholes
• Support asset management and preventive maintenance programs
• Respond to customer service requests and system complaints
• Perform daily inspections, data entry, and record keeping
• Monitor inventory of parts, supplies, and chemicals
• Communicate clearly with team members on work activities and processes
• Restore work areas and repair yards following maintenance work
• Respond to emergency situations and alarm callouts as scheduled
Schedule and On-Call Requirements
• Monday through Friday, 1st shift
• Flexibility required for extended hours during seasonal demand
• On-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable attendance is essential
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to obtain a Florida Class C Collection System License within one year
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and emergency callouts as needed
• Valid Florida driver’s license required
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on field work
Pay and Incentives
• Pay range:
$21–$25 per hour, based on experience
