    Food Preparation: Accurately and efficiently prepare ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes to meet the highest quality standards.

    Cooking Expertise: Execute cooking techniques and follow recipes to cook a wide variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and taste.

    Timing and Coordination: Coordinate with fellow line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared and plated promptly, maintaining a smooth service flow.

    Cleanliness and Organization: Keep your station and the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-stocked with ingredients and utensils.

    Quality Control: Inspect food items to ensure they meet presentation and quality standards before being served to guests.

    Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu, daily specials, and any dietary restrictions, and communicate effectively with servers and chefs.
