Job Summary

Responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of the bar.

Take drink orders from patrons or servers and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.

Mix ingredients for cocktails and serve wine and bottled or draught beer. Ring drink orders into the register, collect payments, and make changes.

May also wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks, as well as take food orders for patrons at the bar and for take-out.

Responsibilities

Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the company.

Maintain a positive attendance record by reporting to work for assigned shifts at the scheduled time.

Follow all sanitation and safety standards set forth by the company.

Maintain our guest service philosophy by following guest service standards.

Know all menu items offered at the restaurant. Accurately explain specials to guests.

Qualifications
