You will receive leads, show properties, and close deals. This position primarily works with renters as your initial contact then the sky is the limit from there. You must have no reservations about making money in real estate and be willing to work with any lead type. Responsibilities: • Assist every rental or buyer client with a positive attitude and helpful approach • Become knowledgeable of area specials to provide proper guidance • Have a detailed approach to ensure proper paperwork and regulations are followed Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Track record of successful real estate sales Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 + Commissioned Sales
