Job Summary:

We are in need of an experienced, reliable, and friendly associate that is responsible for maintaining rental equipment.

Responsibilities:

Servicing and maintaining rental equipment

Troubleshoot and repair wide range of mechanical issues

Ability to utilize online warranty submission to assist customers with their products.

Maintains a clean and safe work site by following safety rules and procedures and wearing personal protective equipment as required.

Attends staff meetings and training as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Possess strong Mechanical skills and experience in servicing and maintaining rental equipment with a focus on Stihl and Cub Cadet brands.

Troubleshooting stills

Ability to submit warranty claims to assist customers with their products.

Ability to use rental software to track maintenance progress assist at the rental counter.

Exceptional interpersonal skills that positively benefit interaction with internal and external customers.

Ability to successfully communicate with customers as to the work to be completed for each job and describe our process for completing such work

Ability to operate a variety of light equipment and hand tools according to established safety and risk management practices.

Ability to stand for an extended period of time.

Organized and efficient with time.

Ability to read and interpret instructions.
