    Be a part of Waterworks' innovative Product team! The Product Development Coordinator is a foundational support for our core business of plumbing fittings. With developing knowledge in product development, the Product Coordinator collaborates with all cross functional partners (including Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Store Design/Construction, Client Services, Marketing, Sales, Product Support and Quality Control) to support the development of custom and Commercial-exclusive products.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Product Data & System Management
      • Accuracy of product data and integration across all internal systems
      • Product data information and management for custom and channel exclusive products
    • Product line lists and supporting product documents for individual custom products and/or large scale projects, including documents for marketing and/or training use
    • Provide custom product specs with Supply Chain on pre-defined projects at time of purchase order placement
    • Supporting vendor data for custom and channel exclusive products
    • Working knowledge of quote/order/sales performance and product margins
    • Understands Product Roadmap and relevance/timing of Commercial specific projects, in addition to new development product introductions when Commercial-exclusive support is required
    • Follows Product Timelines and overall flow of critical information between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of product
    • Supports Commercial team and cross-functional partners to resolve challenges and issues as they develop
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

    Required Skills

    Preferred Experience/Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-2 years experience in administrative project management, product management/development, or a related field
    • Strong project management and collaboration skills
    • Organized with ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • Developing problem solving and analytical skills
    • Proficient in system use and management
    • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
    • Experience with Smartsheet preferred
    • High-end luxury goods product experience beneficial
