Provide desk-side Palantir training to agents and analysts
Provide Palantir training in a class-room setting to agents and analysts
Staff the help desk: respond to Palantir user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product

Two years of prior experience providing training and employee support services for the Palantir Gotham software platform, at least one year of which shall have been in the context of a federal law enforcement organization
Active TS Security Clearance required (Clearance must be within scope and adjudicated)
