    Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school that teaches children ages 3 months through adult how to swim. Our mission is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer and learn proper swimming technique.

    Job Description:

    As a Shift Lead, you are directly responsible for supervising the staff on shift. You are charged with providing excellent customer service at all times through efficient interactions, providing accurate and complete information, maintaining a professional and positive attitude, and showcasing empathy when needed.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Ensures team has clear responsibilities and specific duties assigned daily

    Provides constant feedback and development to Customer Experience Experts and Senior Customer Experience Experts

    Oversees to ensure office flow/operations are in line with Waterworks standards at all times

    Coaches, trains, and role plays daily in order to ensure all team members are modeling company expectations and are aligned with Waterworks customer service vision statement

    Keeps team on task helping families in person and on the phone

    Makes recommendations on current staffing levels to ensure office is optimally staffed at all times

    Helps boost morale around the workplace and acts as a positive role model for others

    Assists in providing team members meaningful feedback on a daily basis

    Actively listens and resolves family concerns within 24 hours when needed

    General Qualifications:

    Must be at least 18 years old

    Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.

    Must have at least 1-2 years of people management experience.

    Minimum of a high school diploma

    Certified in CPR (Adult, Child, Infant), AED, and First Aid

    Must be goal driven and showcase ability to meet deadlines

    Must demonstrate impeccable follow through

    Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and families

    Must maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the facility operating efficiently while still setting a positive example
