Waterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school that teaches children ages 3 months through adult how to swim. Our mission is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer and learn proper swimming technique.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the face of Waterworks Aquatics. You will be charged with providing a warm and memorable customer experience to all of our families.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet families and provide a warm, welcoming environment
Register, schedule, take payments, and problem solve family accounts
Provide memorable customer service in person and by phone
Demonstrate empathy in interactions with families
Maintain a clean and safe facility at all times
Restock and clean all restrooms and shower/changing areas
Understand all programs, facilities, and our overall company culture
Assist with intricate and sensitive projects by deadlines given
Boost morale and help maintain a positive work environment
General Qualifications:
Must be at least 17 years old
Must have at least 1 year customer service experience
Minimum of a high school diploma
Certified in CPR (Adult, Child, Infant), AED, and First Aid
Able to exhibit a strong passion for helping others
Possess a strong background in customer service
Must be able to learn our scheduling software
Must be open to feedback and receptive to change
Must be able to communicate well with our customers and students
