Job Description
We are a small CPA firm seeking a Part Time Seasonal Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions at the discretion of the Office Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Correspond with clients and non-clients
- Schedule appointments
- Assemble and distribute tax returns
- File documents as needed
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in CPA firm a plus
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
