Watters International Realty is looking for an IT Help Desk Tech to maintain, and manage our software, hardware, networks and security.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
SALARY: $15.00-$17.00 an hour DOE
We are looking for someone that can do this part time mostly morning to mid day hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a IT Help Desk Tech, Network Admin tech or similar role
Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
Experience with VOIP systems (RingCentral/Phone Burner)
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Experience with GSuites Management to include device management and security policies
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (MAC, Windows and Chrome)
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
Associates in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) GSuite Certification is a plus.
