The Account Manager at Vault Insurance is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling personal and commercial lines insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
