Construction Admin Assistant **** for Swimming Pool Construction Company
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Assist Project Manager with gathering pricing & issuing bids to clients.
Schedule contractors for required project phases.
Answer phone calls.
Setup internal job folder.
Distribute and process internal invoices for payment.
Assemble warranty & maintenance information for clients at job completion.
Coordinate with construction team on daily schedule.
Process submittals to customers.
Manage certified pay applications to all customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or other closely related field of study ideal, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Leadership skills
