Wave Lighting is looking for a full cycle CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join its team in providing a positive brand experience and service excellence for existing and potential customers.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST at Wave Lighting is an individual who has a passion for customer satisfaction, is professional in all interactions, is a self-starter, and is resourceful and proactive in solving problems.
The duties of a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST include, but are not limited to:
- Answer customer calls.
- Entering sales orders.
- Providing customer timely acknowledgement of receipt of order
- Reviewing and updating status on open orders within system.
- Working with production and shipping to obtain accurate and timely information for customers.
- Handling return goods process with customers.
- Providing customer quotes on Wave Lighting products.
Ideal candidate CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST candidate will possess:
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand needs of customer
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel
- Lighting industry product knowledge is helpful
- Ability to gain and retain knowledge of Inter-Global product line of fixtures & components.
Education Requirements
- A High School Diploma or a GED.
Experience Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
Physical Requirements
- Regular sitting while answering phones
- Regular use of hands for phone and keyboarding.
- Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Repeated movements when entering data.
