    Job Description

    As a REPAIRS RECEPTIONIST, we are looking for a candidate who is punctual and responsible, along with a strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and an analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all communication methods (emails, phone, mail, real estate work order software, etc.)
    • Answer all incoming calls, alerting the executive to all incoming calls; take and deliver incoming messages as directed
    • Schedule and follow-up on all resident maintenance issues regarding their apartment
    • Arrange repair work for all common areas of the companies building portfolio etc.
    • Order supplies and material for building maintenance
    • Communicate information to staff as needed, maintain confidentiality and be a trusted team member
    • Partner with executive team as well as senior staff and support assistants
    • Manage a comprehensive, active calendar and coordinate all logistics
    • Anticipate the needs of the manager and constantly maintain flexibility to handle anything that may arise throughout the day; maintain an excellent track-record of follow-up to detail
    • Take on special projects as needed

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (ENGLISH-SPANISH)
    • Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
    • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience at a fast-paced environment providing support to senior level managers and field staff.
    • Superior customer service skills
    • Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed
    • Always maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
    • Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of residential real estate property is a plus
