Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll get a deep understanding of the pain points and challenges of the recruiting space. You’ll talk to our business users a lot. Synthesize solutions into product features and actionable requirements. Work with designers to prototype, test, and visualize product features.

WHAT WE HOPE YOU HAVE:

· 2+ years of product management experience with SaaS applications

· Understanding of the HR/Recruiting space is a major plus.

· Previous software engineering or similar technical experience is a must.

· Having both B2B and B2C experience is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ideate, own, and prototype SaaS features, integrations, and applications from definition through delivery to accelerate Waverly’s product development.

· Act as Product Owner, working closely with Engineering to effectively plan and execute work with a focus on high-quality customer experiences.

· Clearly communicate product ideas, requirements, and business plans to all levels of the organization.

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of the product.

· Engage with product managers who establish the product value proposition, vision, strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) plan as the basis for a strategic forecast.

· Identify market trends, understand positioning, and influence the GTM approach.

· Make recommendations that directly drive product requirements for future revenues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 3-5 years industry experience with cloud and/or SaaS solutions, experience in recruiting industry preferred.

· Experience working with remote and offshore teams to plan, groom, and deliver cloud-native capabilities quickly.

· Knowledge of established industry standards for successful cloud delivery (DevOps, CI/CD)

· Ability to clearly define the customer experience needed in each product deliverable and translate to actionable scope for Scrum teams.

· Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.

· Proven track record to partner with Scrum teams and manage products with a focus on solid results-driven execution is required.

· Detail-oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically.

· Ability to make hard decisions using a blend of quantitative and qualitative inputs.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work in different time zones as needed.
