A SUCCESSFUL INTERNSHIP WILL ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING:
FIRST 30 DAYS
Purpose: Become familiar with our team members, showcase skills, Become comfortable in working autonomously, and receive your first team project.
Become familiar with Wavetronix by attending orientation week. This will help you capture the deep culture that Wavetronix aspires to.
Capture the purpose of the Hobble Creek Campus by attending vision sessions.
Develop relationships within the Downtown team by attending team building activities
Become familiar with our current team projects.
Work with Downtown leadership to identify a culinary project.
2ND MONTH
Purpose: Continue in project work and team collaboration
3 MONTH
Purpose: Continue in project work and team collaboration
Develop an awesome catering program that supports all Utah Colleagues
Menu development for our eateries in the Wavetronix building
Garden to table project
Culinary Project
4 MONTH
Purpose: Group Project presentations, Kitchen production exposure, and Internship evaluation.
REQUIREMENTS No experience necessary. We do require that the candidate be currently enrolled in school, pursuing a degree or certification in the culinary arts, and is looking to get valuable culinary experience while completing their education. Any culinary experience is a plus.
