    DESIGN VERIFICATION ENGINEER 

    WAVIOUS LLC IS LEADING THE SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRY TO DEVELOP TECHNOLOGY FOR EXTENDABLE, FULLY-CONFIGURABLE HUB AND BRIDGE NETWORKS TO ADDRESS CONNECTIVIYY AND COMMUNICATION FOR VARIOUS MARKET SEGMENTS.  

    Wavious is seeking a talented and self-driven Design Verification engineer to join our design and software team developing a chiplet eco-system and providing solutions for multi-core and multi-processor compute systems, including compute for machine/deep learning, camera vision systems, and variety of interfaces and protocols. This is a ground-floor opportunity to develop hardware and software solutions. In this role, candidates will verify a portfolio of chiplets, subsystems, and IPs, in the latest technology nodes, to address the growing SiP market.

    Previous experience with constrained-random, coverage-driven automated verification using UVM, and hardware verification languages such as SystemVerilog are required. A strong knowledge of C/C++ or Python scripting is greatly beneficial. Experience with CPU or GPU systems, DDR memory, and high-speed peripherals would also be beneficial.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Build comprehensive test benches and develop tests to verify designs, targeting 100% code coverage
    • Develop a DV test plan based on a functional specification with estimated timelines for verification completion
    • Integrate and maintain 3rd party VIPs and BFMs
    • Develop tests for gate-level-simulations
    • Maintain existing test benches, support End-to-end verification of various design blocks, and contribute to top-level verification.
    • Explore system latency and bandwidth tradeoffs. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years experience
    • Masters in EE or equivalent experience
    • Strong System Verilog and Python coding skills
    • Strong debugging skills and familiarity with industry-standard simulation and debug tools
    • Experience using scripting to automate tool flows and report generation
    • Understands and develops system Verilog assertions
    • Excellent analytical, development, and debugging skills
