    DIGITAL DESIGN ENGINEER 

    Wavious is leading the Semiconductor Industry to develop technology for extendable, fully-configurable hub and bridge networks to address connectivity and communication for various market segments.

    Wavious is seeking a talented and self-driven Digital Design engineer to join our design and software team developing a chiplet eco-system and providing solutions for multi-core and multi-processor compute systems, including compute for machine/deep learning, camera vision systems, and variety of interfaces and protocols. This is a ground-floor opportunity to develop hardware and software solutions. In this role, candidates will design a portfolio of chiplets, subsystems, and IPs, in the latest technology nodes, to address the growing SiP market.

    Previous experience in frontend digital design flows, timing closure, simulation, RTL coding, and general design and debug are required. A strong knowledge of C/C++ or Python scripting is greatly beneficial. Experience with DDR memory and high-speed peripherals would also be beneficial.

    Job Responsibilities:

    •    Design and implement datapath, control and subsystem components in SystemVerilog.

    •    Implement and support frontend design tools, verification, synthesis, and timing closure.

    •    Explore system latency, bandwidth, area, and power tradeoffs. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

    •    Implement and integrate high-speed interfaces.

    •    Implement and integrate low-latency and high-performance subsystems.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    •    Masters in EE or equivalent experience.

    •    Strong SystemVerilog and Python coding skills.

    •    Experience with computer and processor architecture concepts. 

    •    Experience with synthesis and simulation design tools.

    •    Experience integrating high-speed peripherals.

    •    Experience with CPU and/or GPU integration.

    •    Excellent analytical, development, and debugging skills
