SUMMARY: Full-Time | Leadership + Waxing Hours
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy waxing studio. This role combines leadership responsibilities with scheduled waxing hours and plays a critical role in driving studio success, team performance, and exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who leads by example, takes ownership of results, and is passionate about operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, productivity, cleanliness, and service standards
Perform scheduled waxing services while maintaining high technical and guest experience standards
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and studio goals
Drive performance through booking optimization, service consistency, and retail sales
Ensure a consistently positive, professional, and welcoming client experience
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
Act as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
Previous leadership or management experience (spa, salon, or service-based business preferred)
Active esthetician license with waxing experience required
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to balance hands-on service work with leadership and operational duties
Results-driven mindset with a focus on team success and client satisfaction
Positive attitude, reliability, and a high standard of professionalism
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Advanced technical skills and on the floor waxing to assist in achieving studio revenue
Client Acquisition, Client Experience, Client Retention
Inventory Management
Local Marketing, Community Engagement, Local Studio Social Media, and Public Relations
Staff Recruitment, Hiring, Management, Development and Retention
Studio Upkeep this includes but not limited to the following; managing cleaning checklist in accordance to the Board of Cosmetology for the treatment rooms & front lobby area. Identifying & reporting any broken or unsafe equipment in the studio to ensure the safety or employees and clients
P&L Management
Execution of System Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention
Weekly 1:1’s to create and track goals to keep team moving forward and hitting studio goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Colorado esthetician license
Effective leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate a team to deliver a superior client experience
Exceptional Customer Service
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously
Detail Oriented
2 years business and staff management
PREFERRED:
2 years beauty industry/salon experience
