Our Studio Manager serves as the leader of the team, paving the path to success for our Cerologists® and the overall business. We are seeking an individual who shares our commitment to fostering a team-oriented, caring culture, while also supporting the financial goals of the studio. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing all aspects of studio operations, including team coaching and development, human resource management, marketing, and fiscal accountability.
SUMMARY:
The Studio Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations and management of the business, including leading the team to deliver the ultimate client experience.
The Studio Manager will also work closely with owner(s) to help oversee human resource management, public relations/marketing, customer service/relationship management, and fiscal accountability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Team management, including the following:
Facilitation of daily studio huddles
Weekly 1:1s with Cerologists®
Recruiting and hiring
Schedule management
Staff development
Management and tracking of client acquisition, experience, and retention, including promotions and Waxing the City loyalty program
Local marketing, community engagement, local studio social media, and public relations
Oversight of studio upkeep
P&L management
ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:
This role ensures that the business is running at maximum efficiency, the client experience is meeting expectations and goals, the staff is receiving applicable training and development, and the business is operating at a profit.
The Studio Manager is responsible for oversight of operating according to the laws of the state of Georgia and that all employees (Cerologists®) have the appropriate licenses, abilities to perform the duties assigned, and are adept at delivering a high-end client experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
2+ years business leadership/management experience
2+ years in client-facing role delivering a superior client experience
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for providing an exceptional Customer Service experience
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks daily
Detail Oriented
