    SUMMARY:

    The Lead Call Center Representative is a key position in creating the ultimate client experience and to oversee/coach other Call Center Representatives. The Call Center Representative must create an impression of warmth, professionalism and efficiency. Do you think quick on your feet and find solutions that creates balance even in times of distress? Are you able to troubleshoot and help coach multiple employees? If this sounds like you, then we’d want to hear from you.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with client inquires, educate clients about our service offerings, product selection and membership program. Additionally, this position will manage the schedule for multiple different studios and provide creative solutions to problems helping maximize the client experience and provide support to the service providers.

    ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

    Rescheduling clients if needed.

    Oversee other Call Center Reps to keep them on track

    Be able to train new employees and do ongoing coaching with current employees

    Booking clients to correct studio location with preferred Cerologist.

    Responding to SMS client inquiries.

    Communicating with Cerologist and Managers across multiple studios to relay any important information.

    Checking each studios schedule daily to reach out to any unconfirmed clients to confirm or remove from schedule.

    ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:

    The Call Center Representative reports directly to Call Center Manager and indirectly to all members of ownership and is accountable for all aspects of call center operations. The Call Center Representative is accountable for meeting established customer service standards for internal and external customers.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Required:

    The ability to demonstrate customer experience skills

    Effective communication skills including, but not limited to, initiating and managing client conversations

    Able to demonstrate problem solving skills

    Willingness to collaborate with team members

    Exceptional Customer Service

    Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

    Detail oriented

    Preferred:

    Experience in salon/beauty environment/retail sales or call center
