WayUp is seeking dynamic content creators to engage with our vast nationwide audience of job seekers, students, and young professionals. As a WayUp Content Creator, your content will be posted on WayUp’s social channels which will increase your viewership and notoriety.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience creating social media content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Experience recording and editing video content on a mobile device
• Understanding of the TikTok/Reels algorithm
• Knowledge of social media and audio trends
• Ability to brainstorm and execute valuable and creative video content ideas for the student community
• Ability to think outside of the box and tell compelling stories through the brand lens of our clients
• Former or current internship in related fields
• College education background
• Strong understanding of the college environment
