Job Description: * Collect on Telecom, Utility, Auto-Deficiency, Medical, and other types of Third Party delinquencies. * Locate and contact consumers * Negotiate payment arrangements * Actively listen to consumer * Effectively manage time, multitask and prioritize * Professionally document system with details * Set goals, meet deadlines, work diligently Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year experience in customer service, collections, or customer contact center. * Proficient PC and typing skills * Strong negotiation, problem solving, and probing skills that are utilized in a professional manner * Assertive, clear, and concise written\oral communication skills * Good telephone communication techniques and ability to be on the telephone for long periods of time * Must be able to comply with all state, federal, and company policies Or * College graduate Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Hours: Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. 4 p.m.; however, two late nights are required (hours are 11 a.m. 8 p.m.) plus two Saturdays a month (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
