    We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support our growing real estate team at We Buy Homes In USA! As an Appointment Setter you will be part of the sales team and will prospect and acquire new clients daily from various lead sources provided by our team. You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers! As our Appointment Setter for We Buy Homes In USA, you will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Acquisitions team. $12 to $15 + Commission. Potentially the full pay would be $20 to 422 dollars an hour.  Responsibilities: • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries usually is cold calling • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling appointments • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments • This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries Qualifications: The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. • Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) • Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Second nature about speaking over the phone • Independent and self-motivated • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills • A self-starter who can work hard consistently • 1 year of experience as Appointment Setter • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills • Tech savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel proficient) Compensation: $12 - $15 + Commission
