Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to generate property sales Hold open houses regularly to effectively introduce clients to the market Proactively utilize social media, website, and email to connect with potential leads and keep a full sales pipeline Manage facilitation of required documentation for the purpose of legal property transactions Facilitate regular communication with buyer to effectively manage the sales process and generate more sales • Open homes with supra box for our investment team • Provide solid ARV’s based on as-is and as repaired conditions • Property valuations and neighborhood data reports • Knowledge base of Houston market is must • BPO experience is a plus Qualifications: You know the local real estate market like the back of your hand Be customer focused with a positive attitude High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Customer service or real estate sales background preferred Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Tech savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel proficient)  • Excellent time management skills  • Guide team members decision making regarding interior rehab/remodel for properties  • Know the Houston area thoroughly  Compensation: $1,000 monthly + Commission
