Responsibilities: • Go through MLS daily and find new properties to purchase • Drive to properties and evaluate their condition • Put offers via TREC Contract daily • Negotiate with other realtors to purchase properties • Constant learning of the market and providing value to us in up and coming neighborhoods • Knowledge of DFW Metroplex is a must • Pull accurate comps • Outbound calling, email communication, and coordination to schedule appointments • Accurately qualify potential customers and track metrics to ensure weekly goal attainment • Participate in regular training and education requirements to continuously improve skills • Technical Skills • Customer/client database management Qualifications: • Tech savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel proficient) • Excellent time management skills • Negotiating skills • Know the DFW area thoroughly • Need someone with a go-getter attitude • Good transportation • Must have Realtors license or willing to get one • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
