    We Buy Homes is a fast-growing real estate investment company that acquires 15-20 new properties every month. We are currently looking for a transaction coordinator to be responsible for the initial contract paperwork, title company collaboration, and closing coordination associated with purchasing homes. Responsibilities: • Review title insurance commitments and HUD-1 Settlement Statements by referencing the sales contract and various stipulations within the closing instructions. • Review each sales contract to ensure its accuracy and have a high attention to detail in order to detect any errors within these legal documents. • Work closely with the lending/title company regarding loan documents and prepare them for closing. • Ensure that various monetary transactions between buyer and seller has been receipted and keep a record of those receipts. • Closely collaborate with title company to ensure contracts are closed on time. • Update members of the team on important dates relevant to the closing process (when title insurance has been initiated, the closing date, etc.) • Maintain and respond to emails sent from lending companies, title insurance companies, the acquisition team, etc. • Assist with special projects when requested and perform additional duties, as required. • Inform the appropriate parties of any issues that occur during the closing process. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a closing coordinator/title/mortgage processing preferred, but not required. • Previous experience in the real estate business required (1+ years) • College diploma or relevant previous experience. • Excellent organization skills and communication skills required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in maintaining a shared calendar Compensation: $40,000 to $60,000
