You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide company information & schedule appointments. • Make up to 40-50 follow-up phone calls daily - (No cold calls). • Utilize company scripts • Send emails, texts, and handwritten notes to our lead database. • Update customer interaction in CRM to ensure efficient lead management. • Manage Multiple Excel Spreadsheets. • Provide support to the Marketing Manager, Office Manager, and Real Estate Team. • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications: • College Degree or Equivalent Experience Required. • Flexible work schedule - 40 hours per week. • Ability to work One Saturday a Month from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. & One Late Night a week, schedule for that day would be 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. • Self-motivated, and self-directed with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development. • High energy and self-motivation with a "take charge" attitude to develop quality business relationships. • Demonstrates active listening and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. • Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow. • Proficient with Client Relationship Management (CRM), preferably Sales Force. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Calendar. • Speaks fluent and clear English. • Must pass a CORI check. Compensation: $28 - $30 Hourly
