We have a full-time opening for a highly motivated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an ambitious spirit, and a great work ethic. This is a WFH position. However, you MUST be able to attend meetings and appointments in person within MA. NO Real Estate or Home-Buying experience is needed. We will Train! Compensation: This position offers a base salary and commission with an earning potential of $90,000 - $140,000 depending on performance. Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions to sellers. • Communicate with office staff to ensure the highest level of service. • Use Salesforce CRM to regularly follow up with customers and input data. • Develop new business opportunities for sales acquisitions. • Attending appointments Monday - Friday with occasional weekend and early evening appointments. • Must be willing to travel within MA to meet with customers. Qualifications: • No Home Buying, Real Estate, or Construction Experience is needed. WE WILL TRAIN! • Minimum 2 years of sales experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Must Pass CORI Check. • MUST have a valid driver's license and a reliable car.
