WE GUIDE, YOU GROW LLC IS RECRUITING A DRIVEN SALES MANAGER FOR A GROWING HARDWARE/SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS COMPANY IN ERIE, PA WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING A TEAM OF INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS TO DRIVE SALES, RESEARCH PROSPECTS, GROW REVENUE, AND SELL!
JOB DUTIES:
· Managing the branch; primarily managing the sales staff and coordinating with service and administration.
· Work within an established territory to gain new market share
· Sales Growth; generating New Business
· Direct a staff of sales personnel, including hiring, training and performance coaching and management.
· Complete weekly “ride-along” with sales personnel to provide training and coaching.
· Assist with new customer solicitation, bid preparation, and customer retention strategies.
· Meet regularly with sales personnel to review sales activity, customer retention and relationship activities, review sales performance compared to goal, production, and training needs.
· Proactively contact assigned accounts to identify customer needs and be ready to flex with their changing requirements or potential issues and resolve accordingly.
· Maintain and establish business partnerships with both new and existing customers.
· Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, both in person and via telephone.
· Assist with upgrading existing customers in assigned territory.
· Implements creative sales strategies to meet customer needs.
· Motivate the current team, and work with some of their key account base.
· Recruiting, hiring, and developing the sales skills and product knowledge of the entire sales team.
ADDITIONAL SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
· Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
· Conduct weekly reviews to ensure sales and activity goals are met.
· Hire, train, and develop a sales team.
· Accurately forecast the sales team’s weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue streams.
· Evaluate and present sales updates to leadership.
· Work with sales staff to master the sales cycle and close deals through training and development.
· Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
· Work closely with other departments to effectively achieve organizational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
· Experience as a supervisor or manager
· Familiarity with CRM platforms
· Strong leadership qualities
· Ability to build rapport with clients

SALARY:
· Base Pay $70,000 to $90,000 Plus Commission
· Year One Commission’s 30% based on year end goals
· Commission can go up after year one to 50% based on sales and goals
