Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Must have Property and Casualty license

• At least two years of Property and Casualty insurance sales experience preferred

• Experience in achieving sales goals through leads and referrals

• Confident self-starter

• Ability to cross sell existing clients

• Ability to ensure a positive customer experience

• Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, coachable and have a great attitude

• Must be a team player

• Must be organized and efficient
