  • Responsibilities

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Receive, inspect and put away all vendor material in appropriate bin locations in warehouse 

    Starting Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Unload vendor trucks and receive and inspect the material according to the Reeb purchase order

    • Receive the material using computers and hand-held scanner

    • Put all received material in appropriate bin locations, physically and on the scanner

    • Designate any damaged product for "Return to Vendor"

    • Use of a forklift and order picker will be required

    • Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards

    • Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as received

    • Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the receiving dock, including outside the receiving doors

    • Strive to meet team efficiencies for items received without compromising accuracy

    • May be required to assist in loading trucks when necessary

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

    EXPERIENCE : Six months to one year related experience

    Forklift certification may be helpful - Reeb will provide training and certification
