At We Oversee, we provide high-quality maintenance, repair, and concierge services to vacation rental and residential property homeowners. We are seeking a part-time Service Coordinator to join our growing team for our North Myrtle Beach location. The ideal candidate might be a jack-of-all trades, independent handyman, or even a retired general contractor. The role includes conducting essential maintenance and general repairs on various client homes and will serve as a “right hand” to the local owner, helping to oversee client projects. They must also display exceptional customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities and the capacity to interact positively with a wide variety of clients. 

The position is part-time with a flexible schedule—required availability for occasional weekend work as needed by clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman work.
• Respond to clients' requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time spent on each job, leveraging We Oversee's software to accept client jobs and document work completion
• Keep a clean and safe work area, ensuring that tools and materials are properly stored.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• You MUST have your equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Be reliable, TRUSTWORTHY, and hardworking
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

JOB TYPE: Contract

PAY: $20.00-$30.00 per hour _(additional hourly pay for weekends) _

WORK LOCATION: Various client homes within the North Myrtle Beach area
