Our client is looking for a full-time Salesforce Solutions Architect with knowledge of NINTEX and DOCUSIGN as it pertains to the business analytics side of the business. The ideal candidate will be located within the Chicago area with the availability to come into the office as needed, but our client will consider remote for the right person. Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Business Analyst / Scrum Master / Solution Architect background and will focus more on understanding root cause and gathering requirements rather than coding itself. This candidate needs to have a strong knowledge of Nintex and DocuSign as it pertains to the business analytics side rather than development.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
2. Customize DocuSign functionality within Salesforce to streamline document management processes and enhance user experience.
3. Utilize Nintex for designing and implementing workflow automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and design scalable solutions.
5. Work closely with Salesforce administrators and other developers to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the platform.
6. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality code and best practices adherence.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, process diagrams, and deployment instructions.
8. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, monitor system performance, and proactively identify and address any issues or bottlenecks.
9. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, DocuSign features, and Nintex capabilities, and evaluate their applicability to enhance existing solutions.
10. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, DocuSign, and Nintex development best practices, guiding the team in adopting efficient solutions and methodologies.
