Job Description
Our client is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter to work onsite in Tulsa Oklahoma for an innovative global technology company that specializes in digital marketing solutions for its customers. We are looking for someone who has been responsible for profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing efforts for both non-exempt and exempt positions and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring expectations with short deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of large volume recruiting experience required (prefer at least one year of call center recruiting experience)
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ADP or Clear Company preferred)
- Experience with Google Ad words, Indeed, Instagram, ZipRecruiter, TikTok and other digital recruitment platforms (Preferred)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update job descriptions and job specifications
- Review and pre-screen candidates to determine skills and experience needed for open positions.
- Post jobs to appropriate job websites and other recruiting sources
- Source and recruit candidates using social media
- Schedule phone, video and in person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Consult with hiring managers on candidate qualifications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
- Administer the on-boarding process, including new hire paperwork.
- Coordinates and participates in job fairs
- Ensure candidate completes the application and administer a computer based skills test
- Provide recruiting administrative support as needed by ensuring the candidate file and ATS are complete and current
- Process background checks and drug screening
- Complete E-Verify
- Maintain accurate documentation for the Employee Referral Bonus Program
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Assist the Human Resources department with other assignments as needed
- Promote company’s reputation as a 'Purpose Driven Culture'
