You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: Follow up on all leads and requests for information Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Prospect for our avatar customer - homeowners that don’t want to use a realtor to sell • Attend vetted in-home appointments and provide solutions for homeowners who have a real estate problem to solve • Build rapport and gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Uncover motivation and details specific to the property and selling situation • RELENTLESSLY follow up with leads and prospects • Manage and utilize the CRM to accurately document interactions and next steps for all prospects • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Participate in the structured sales training, always being prepared and completing anything assigned Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Thrives in a goal-crushing culture. Can build meaningful connections and rapport quickly • Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels • Organized resourceful, detail-oriented enough to get the job done, with a friendly focus on customer service • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
