WeHire Connect matches passionate job seekers with non profit organizations and funding programs throughout North America. Our Austin office is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to act as the initial point of contact for customers online, over the phone and in-person.
While the majority of this position involves in-office work, our reps also attend regular training seminars and attend promotional events in order to engage with a larger percentage of our target markets.
Benefits and Compensation:
- $18-$20/hourly wage
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Health and Dental benefits upon completion of 3 month probationary period

- Bonuses in addition to hourly wage based on total number of positive customer interactions
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with friendly, knowledgeable and professional service
- Basic data entry and use of computers, tablets, phone systems and POS system
- Collect payment information and help with the creation of online accounts
- Troubleshoot payment portal issues
- Attend training seminars with office team
- Attend promotional events (both as hosts and attendees)
- Attend team meetings and contribute as needed
- Provide customers with relevant information, answer inquiries and accurately track customer data
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Monday through Friday availability
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Customer Service, Sales or experience working with the public is a strong asset
