Overview:

Positions is with a successful nationwide Houston based commercial and medical real estate development company.

Job Details:

• Will be required to manage multiple projects located throughout Texas and the US and be capable of meeting strict schedules for completion and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Must have an understanding of real estate development as a construction manager.
• Must understand role as and be capable as an owners representative.
• Should have medical office building and hospital/ imaging surgery center construction experience.
