    Position Overview:

    If you've ever considered what the necessities are in people's homes you can bet that internet service is at the top of that list. As a growing ISP company, we are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented, exceptional communicators to join our team as an Internet Sales Consultant. As a key member of our internet sales consulting team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of telecommunications products and services directly to customers in their homes, from their doorsteps. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, increase customer acquisition through a consultative approach that helps customers understand the value of fiber-like speeds, while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and Identify Sales Opportunities: Conduct door-to-door visits in residential areas within assigned territories.
    • Consult with potential customers and identifying their telecommunications needs.
    • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products and services to generate and close sales leads.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations to homeowners, showcasing the benefits and advantages of our telecommunications solutions.
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative approach to selling. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales conversions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, territory coverage, and market feedback to sales management.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and emerging technologies in the telecommunications sector.
    • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to align sales efforts, share market insights, and coordinate promotional activities.
    • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and sales conferences to foster professional development.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a door-to-door or field sales capacity.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
    • Ability to manage your own schedule and commit to a dedicated sales effort.
    • Comfortability working for 100% commissioned sales.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
