    Job Description

    Wealth Accelerators Global, the nation’s fastest growing e-commerce and automation company, is looking for a full-time Personal Executive Assistant to work in-house at our Downtown Orlando headquarters.

    We are looking for a detailed oriented, self-motivated problem solving executive assistant seeking long-term employment in a fast-growth, team-oriented atmosphere. Applicant should have a positive can-do attitude, be able to multitask and be excellent have an overall highly-recognizable, people-pleasing demeanor as well as written and verbal communication skills.

    The Executive Assistant handles providing comprehensive support to all executives and departments. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    • Must have great people skill the job involves dealing with a large number of executives all with different personality types. Positive, friendly get it done attitude

    • The perfect candidate will be detail oriented and great at problem solving.

    • Must be able to perform under high levels of stress.

    • Applicant should be an organizational guru with a passion for the paperless office lifestyle.

    • Uses appropriate computer programs to analyze, compile, update and maintain department correspondence and/or reports.

    • Maintain executives calendars, coordinate meetings, and/or set appointments. Makes travel and/or training arrangements when necessary.

    • Provides administrative support, direction, guidance to various executives and departments.

    • Serves as a liaison between all executives and departments.

    • Assisting and completing special projects or tasks.

    • Maintain contact lists, organizational charts and databases.

    • Create Presentations, Spreadsheets, Documents, general e-mails, office communication and announcements.

    • Collaborate with the Office Manager in order to replenish office materials such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc. for the needs of the Executive Team.

    • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice

    • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance

    • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround

    • Strong ethics and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work well within a cross-functional team environment and diverse communities
