Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 base salary, based on experience

We are currently seeking a Wealth Advisor to support and contribute to our firm and our continued expansion. You will bring a meaningful track record of in-depth knowledge, naturally seize opportunities to share our firm’s success story to attract new clients, have an enthusiasm for a high touch client experience and a passionate belief in the tenets of financial planning.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will manage all aspects of financial planning and investment management for our valued clients. Your role includes leading regular review meetings, initiating proactive client outreach, and responding to inquiries with insight and care. In addition to delivering an exceptional client experience, you will actively contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and relationship cultivation.
In your new role, you can expect to:
- Take ownership of financial planning and investment management.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and life stages.
- Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
- Contribute to our organic growth annually through existing clients and acquisitions.
- Develop and present financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives.
- Take a proactive approach to client service and collaboration with colleagues.
Qualifications for this Opportunity:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Demonstrated experience in insurance and estate planning
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a Financial Advising role
- Proficiency with key wealth management tools and platforms such as eMoney, Nitrogen, Holistiplan, Envestnet Tech, Redtail, and Wealthbox
- CFP® certification preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
- Established relationships with centers of influence who share our values and ethos, preferred
- Proven ability to build lasting, high-trust client relationships through exceptional service
- Strong technical aptitude, adaptability with technology, and keen attention to detail
- Ability to deliver cross-disciplinary advice across all areas of financial planning
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine passion for the financial advisory profession
