    JKS Financial: Wealth Management Advisor Position: Lead Advisor Location: Pittsburgh, PA Type: Full-Time, In-Person Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

    JKS Financial is looking for an autonomous and competitive, self-driven person who likes challenges and achieving big goals. As a Lead Advisor, you will be instrumental in challenging the status quo and leading the charge in financial strategy and client relations. You will deliver personalized, strategic advice to high-net-worth clients while playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of our advisory team.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding financial goals, providing guidance, and delivering personalized service.

    Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for each client, focusing on long-term wealth accumulation, risk management, and financial security.

    Leadership: Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence while fostering collaboration.

    Business Development: Drive growth through new client relationships, expanding professional networks, and generating referrals.

    Problem Solving: Analyze complex financial situations and develop thoughtful, strategic solutions that help clients navigate challenges and achieve financial objectives.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales, finance, economics, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in financial services or client-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.

    Certifications: Obtain or hold relevant licenses and certifications. Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 licenses, Life, Accident & Health license and/or CFP preferred.

    Traits & Skills: Relationship-driven and strong communication skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and entrepreneurial. Financial planning and analytical skills, along with time management & organizational skills. Ability to prospect for new leads required.
